Prospects E-Guidance is a web-enabled e-guidance management and administration system. It allows you to manage your own web-based query service, enabling your clients to submit queries online to you at anytime.

All incoming and outgoing correspondence can be archived and a search mechanism is included to help you to navigate through queries.

Prospects E-Guidance enables client access to a 24hr/365 day contact system securely delivered via the internet. The e-guidance system encourages articualation of question by the client and provides a record of advice which is then retained in the archives. The client can take their query at their own pace and it offers them an additional point of access to your staff.

Prospects E-Guidance offers integrated management information statistics (MIS) which will enable you to generate reports and data relating to the type of query submitted, response times, identify busy periods and track your clients’ queries.
