Prospects.ac.uk's own virtual careers fairs use our innovative chatroom software developed by Graduate Prospects to allow graduate recruiters to interact virtually with students and graduates through online presentations, moderated group chats or 1-2-1 virtual interviews.

Each registered student and graduate must submit at least one CV to a CV database, accessible to participating recruiters for the duration of the virtual career fair. If your organisation finds suitable candidates then virtual interviews can be arranged to assess their suitability further.
Recruiters can register for the virtual careers fairs at least a month in advance of the fair. Once registered, vacancies and organisational profiles can be uploaded for virtual fair attendees to view in advance and allow preparation. Registered attendees will be able to register for your specific online events two weeks prior to the start of a virtual fair. After the virtual fair, you will be able to access in-depth post-fair MIS to review attendee activity to your profile/vacancies/chat events.
